I.- GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS.
This Code of Conduct applies to all Axxon services, whether or not are listed on their website www.axxon.jobs, either on their virtual site or Metavers "Talentvers", or on the website of the "Axxon People Consulting" consultancy, or on any other site or in any other way. For this reason, this document is established and approved as "Axxon's General Code of Conduct".
The general nature of this Code of Conduct means that certain behaviors or rules that regulate them may refer exclusively or mainly to Metavers and other websites; however, if the user is in one place or another or both at the same time, or accesses from one to the other, the rules of conduct codified here must be complied with.
The legal normative body that regulates Axxon's services is not only constituted by this Code, but it is a part of that normative body, which also has the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy. In addition, Axxon has a Compliance system, an Ethical Code and an Ethical Channel, which the user should be aware of.
II.- RULES OF CONDUCT.
2.1.- General rules of conduct:
2.1.1 For the appropriate use of any of the services offered by Axxon, it is important to take into account a series of general rules in order to guarantee that respectful, tolerant and peaceful interaction and coexistence, both on the website and other platforms and services including the virtual site or Metavers “Talentvers”.
2.1.2 Respect and Tolerance
Treat all community members with respect and courtesy. Do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment or intimidation based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic protected by law. It also values differences of opinion and encourages respectful dialogue.
2.1.2 Constructive Communication.
Encourage positive and constructive communication in all interactions. Avoid using offensive, aggressive or vulgar language. Avoid personal attacks and focus on the issues or issues at hand.
2.1.3 Appropriate content.
Do not post, share or promote illegal, defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content. Respect intellectual property rights and do not use protected content without the express consent of the rights holders. Keep discussions and contributions focused on topics related to the community or the purpose of the web page.
2.1.4 Collaboration and support.
Encourage collaboration and mutual help among community members. Be willing to share knowledge and experiences to help other members. Avoid intentional misinformation and, if you spot errors, provide corrections in a constructive manner.
2.1.5 Privacy and security
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other community members. Do not disclose personal or confidential information without the explicit consent of the affected person. Do not engage in activities that may compromise the security or integrity of the website or other members.
2.1.6 Prohibited conduct
It is expressly prohibited to perform or participate in any of the behaviors listed below:
a) Pretend to be another person or entity, steal someone's identity or create or use fake accounts
b) Participate in fraud, scams or other deceptive activities
c) The collection or storage of confidential personal information, which affects other people, compromise user accounts, share account login information, participate in unauthorized access or share malicious software
d) Create or use an Axxon account if you are under 13 years old
e) Sexualize, exploit or abuse minors
f) Bullying, harassment, stalking or hateful behaviour
g) Defend, participate in or promote violence, human exploitation, human trafficking or human trafficking. Support or represent groups or individuals involved in terrorism, hate-based organizations or criminal groups
h) Promote or coordinate acts of physical harm, such as sexual or physical assault, or suicide or self-harm.
i) Any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, disease, disability or immigration status.
j) Any form of non-consensual intimate activity, including sharing intimate images of other people without consent
k) Violating intellectual property rights, such as inappropriate use of copyrighted or trademarked materials
l) Sell, exchange or illegally promote regulated goods
m) Public spaces such as open lobbies and public events create special opportunities for a wide audience. Please be especially mindful of your behavior and content in public experiences and spaces, as not all speech and behavior that may be acceptable in a closed experience is acceptable in a public experience. Also, don't take advantage of the unique features of public experiences by sharing content that others don't want to see. Developers (including Axxon) may take action on users or experiences if such behaviors occur in public experiences, given their unique characteristics.
n) Send spam to others (repeatedly offer commercial services, goods or solicitations) or promote regulated goods or services
o) Participate in or share sexually explicit or violent behavior or content.
p) Developers, as well as app creators and administrators, may also set their own rules, beyond this Code of Conduct, so make sure you read their rules as well. You must also comply with applicable laws, including local laws.
q) Neither is the reproduction, promotion or trafficking of drugs or other controlled substances admissible. Trafficking or selling tobacco or alcoholic products is also prohibited on this platform.
r) Any type of content that promotes gambling or gambling services, or that could be perceived as casino advertising, betting or any other commercial gambling activity, is not allowed.
s) Threats of extortion, "hacking" or "doxing" will not be tolerated either.
t) We are deeply committed to ensuring the safety of minors on our platform. We do not tolerate activities that perpetuate the abuse, harm, endangerment or exploitation of minors in space. Any content, including animations or digitally created or manipulated media, that depicts the abuse, exploitation or nudity of minors is a violation on our platform and will be removed upon detection.
u) Users must meet the minimum age requirements to use any Axxon service, as stipulated in our Legal Notice. When underage account holders are identified, we will delete them. Our platform is designed with the safety of minors in mind.
2.1.7 Report of inappropriate behavior
If you observe inappropriate behavior or a violation of this code of conduct, please notify the administrators or moderators of the website. It provides detailed information about the behavior or incident in question so that it can be properly investigated. Do not retaliate against those who report inappropriate behavior. 2.1.8 Sanctions
Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in sanctions, including warning, temporary suspension or permanent exclusion from the website.
2.2.- Specific Rules of Conduct for the Metaverse (Talentverse):
2.2.1 General Considerations
Axxon's mission is to empower people to connect with job opportunities and get closer to the professional world, including through virtual experiences. Fostering this connection involves allowing individuals to use their voices to share their experiences, viewpoints and ideas, even if some people may disagree or find them controversial. We expect all members of our community, including users, creators, administrators, and developers, to adhere to our values of voice, safety, authenticity, dignity, and privacy.
Given the importance of community context, culture, and intent, creators and administrators will bear the primary responsibility for addressing issues in the specific experiences they oversee, and this may involve variations in the application and experiences. Talentvers administrators will appropriately address issues by applying this Code of Conduct, limiting users' functionality within their applications, or excluding them entirely.
2.2.1 Applicability of the general rules of conduct
The reality of the Metaverse (Talentverse) is complex and innovative. This is why addressing all the problems that can arise during its use becomes particularly difficult. For this reason, the general rules must be understood as directly applicable to any interaction that takes place when using the platform. It must be understood that the prohibited conduct provided for in section 2.1.6 and/or any analogue are also prohibited.
2.2.2 Specific prohibitions
It is expressly prohibited to use the virtual avatar in any mode or form that involves:
a) The manipulation of the avatar in an inappropriate way such as the obstruction of other avatars, harassment, persecution within the virtual space, annoyance, surveillance or the performance of any of the prohibited conduct.
b) Any form of sexual harassment is expressly prohibited, likewise, any unwanted or inappropriate sexual behavior directed at another person. Any content, including comments, that involves the sexual harassment of others, regardless of the user's intent, is not permitted, as such actions may cause great distress to the targeted individuals.
c) The deployment of any kind of discriminatory conduct on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, serious illness, disability, immigration status or any other protected attribute. The prohibition extends to any form of execution of vehicular conduct through the multiple tools offered by the platform such as the same avatar, audio, image and video.
III. Extension of the Code of Conduct
We at Axxon will continue to update this code of conduct to help everyone better understand their responsibilities as we continue to create new experiences and innovate in virtual experiences to ensure peaceful coexistence.
