The main aim of Axxon’s Consultancy Area is to provide support in implementing Human Resources policies and systems intended to achieve our clients’ business objectives and results.



We work hard to make sure our clients have the right organisational structures, systems and people to implement their corporate strategies. Each company is a world in itself and so all of our services are customised depending on the particular needs of each organisation.

  • How do we do this?

    We offer the option of an Axxon Consultant working at a company for several months to provide support (a number of days a week as requested and/or needed) to implement projects relating to Analysis, Reorganisation and/or Professionalisation of the Human Resources Department, working jointly with the client company so that afterwards it can continue to oversee and develop the Human Resources Department.


    Project leadership

    We can accompany small or medium businesses for a number of months in professionalising their Human Resources Departments, jointly establishing a number of procedures and policies with the client, or leading specific projects for any type of organisation, such as:


    Business Vision, Mission, Values and Culture. Defining the Organisational Chart. Job Descriptions. Staff Selection Policy. Plan for Onboarding new recruits. Formulating a Competency-Based Management Model Implementing Compliance management. Changing positions and/or internal promotions. Training plan. Retaining and motivating talent. Skills-Based Evaluation (Individual Assessment or Assessment Centre). 180° or 360° evaluation.
