This morning, two consultants from Axxon have gone to the Ermessenda High School in Girona to introduce the last year students from the PROJECTE SINGULAR to the labour world.
The mentioned project embraces students through the transition to the labour world by combining two days of lessons and three days of work per week. From Axxon we wanted to collaborate with a lecture about "How to deal with a job interview."
During the speech, the students have deepen into issues such as what an ETT is, the steps of a selection process, the keys to face a job interview, and what are the most common questions asked by recruiters during the interview. In addition, the consultants have also given more customized advices such as how to differentiate from the rest of the candidates, solve doubts and present service we have.
We know that the transition to the world of work can be complicated and we are therefore involved in motivating and promoting job opportunities among the young citizens from Girona.
