• Do not repeat what is in the CV. Highlight experience, build on your strengths and weaknesses, and set examples where possible.
• Pay attention to the details. When you prepare the recording, film yourself with a white or uncluttered background, and good lighting, while keeping an eye on your appearance. As if it were an online job interview or CV photo!
• Watch out for the video duration. Guarantee that the video does not last more than 2 or 3 minutes. Make it short and focus on what is essential so that watching the video is not tedious.

• Focus on yourself. We do not recommend converting the video curriculum to each position as it could be an extra workload. Therefore, we recommend you focus more on yourself (skills, strengths, weaknesses, experience, learning, etc.) and not change the content depending on the application.
