Last October, Axxon opened its virtual office in the metaverse, called Talentvers. Since then, we have carried out many activities that have shown us that the virtual office has attracted general interest.
For those of you who have not yet visited Talentvers, it is created within the Spatial platform and has an interactive office that replicates a physical space. It is open 365 days a year and is specifically designed to optimise every step of the talent selection process.
Inside the Talentvers, you can find the available job offers, hold meetings in different rooms or visit the thematic rooms with useful information on job search and working life. There is also an auditorium and various lounges for private meetings.
We are pleased to announce that within one year, Talentvers has received more than 1,500 visits. These are 1,500 people who have trusted our services and have wanted to explore this universe hand in hand with Axxon, whether it is to attend a lecture, visit our virtual office or consult the available job offers.
In these months, we have been able to count on the participation of our internal consultants and also external guests, such as Gianluca Rosania, who have been very supportive in holding the #AxxonTalks: virtual events on different topics related to the labour market, with the aim of helping those who participate, giving tips and information on how to prepare for a job interview, what to do if you are fired, how to face active ageing, etc.
