Axxon was born in 1993 with the aim of promoting economic value to Girona (and later expanding to Catalunya) through generating connections between people and businesses. To enhance the economic value, we want to ensure that all positions are adequately occupied to ensure that both the employer and the worker achieve their goals and continue to grow professionally.

The previous definition is the key to our sector, as we our job goes far beyond from selecting staff for temporal and permanent projects. To begin with, human resources have a prior part where they have to find and define the position needs. After preparing the candidacy, it starts the process of research and personnel selection. Probably this part is the one everyone knows the best, as it is generally experienced through interviews. The process continues even after finding the ideal candidate, as on one side there is the administrative part, and on the other, all the accompaniment and training of the new employee.

 

Moreover, it is also important to cut through all the details of both the company and the candidates. By having a deeper context, it is easier to create more valuable connections to make all Axxon Jobbers feel realised, encouraging the good working environment and productivity for the company. In order to continue with the mentioned model, in Axxon we have divided into teams so that each department is specialised in a concrete labour area.  Our specialization allows us not only to be up-to-date with each sector, but also to know the technical details and context of the positions.
